Refund Policy

We are extremely confident that your kitchen is going to love the Lemon Scrub, but on the odd occasion something goes wrong, you can simply return or exchange it for free within 14 days.

To organise a return or an exchange, please email into our support team at support@trylemonscrub.com.au with your order number and the reason you would like to return your Lemon Scrub so that we can process your request.
We do require that the original shipping box is kept in good condition and used to return the product.

Once your request has been processed and approved a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply stick the new label over the original shipping label and drop it at a local post office.

After being received and processed by our returns department, we will issue a full refund or exchange on the order.
